At Genee, the health, safety and well being of every employee is our priority.

Throughout this coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have taken practical steps, and implemented robust measures, to ensure the welfare of our employees, sub-contractors, visitors and customers.

In line with government, public health and industry guidance, we have restricted access to our buildings to a minimum and have introduced stringent measures for our on-site installations and training teams.

We have taken measures which will protect the long-term sustainability of the business whilst mitigating the impact on staff. These include short-time working and placing a significant number of staff on furlough.

Customer Service and Support

We have continued to support all our customers from pre sales through to post sales, installation, training and technical support to ensure our customers continue to receive an excellent service.

We recognise that this is a particularly challenging time for our staff who continue to deliver these vital services. It goes without saying that we are doing everything in our power to enhance the safety of these staff and to mitigate the risk of infection.

Our offices are rigorously adhering to social distancing regulations, and daily briefings are being conducted to highlight, and reinforce, safe working procedures.

We are monitoring the situation on a daily basis and will implement any necessary changes based on the advice provided by the government, public health agencies and industry bodies.
