Registrar loading up to Windows login page

This is caused by putting the unit into “Sleep” mode, therefore making the PC require a password when powered up again.  Sleep mode is entered when the power button underneath the PC is pressed once, causing the blue light to flash.

The best way to shut down the Registrar PC is to:

·         Press the Power button once to enter “Sleep” mode

·         Press the power button again to exit “Sleep” mode

·         On the Windows Login page select the power symbol and “Shut Down”

·         Select “Shut Down Anyway” when prompted

NOTE: You can shut down the PC just by holding the power button down until it shuts off, but this is akin to pulling the plug out and is not good for the unit.
