Printer Error – Print Roll Doesn’t Match Error       

This error doesn’t actually have anything to do with the print roll.  It occurs when the Printer is plugged into a USB port different from the one it was plugged into when Registrar was installed on the PC. 

See the attached image that shows which port the printer should be plugged into.
