Possible cause

 

1. The drive program is not correctly installed.

2. The USB interface (lead) is not connected or is faulty

3. The infrared tube is blocked

 

Solution

 

1, Install the drive program correctly

2. Change the USB lead or check if the USB interface is faulty

3. Ensure that the surrounding infrared sensors are not blocked
